Control System Sales Engineer
OVERALL OBJECTIVE: An individual who will manage the sales process, develop relationships, identify the customer needs, and recommend and propose solutions that generate acceptable sales revenue and profitability for the Company. This position requires a technical sales background with the ability to offer technical solutions to customers needs. The Control System Sales Engineer will be responsible for business development in his/her assigned markets and will be the primary liaison between the Company and the client for their respective Accounts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Operations Initial responsibilities will include primary project management for Proposals that are closed. CTI’s intent is to develop operations capabilities in all four existing offices to support Control Systems Installation and Services, so that in the longer term, these operational responsibilities will lessen.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of 5 years work related experience in the HVAC Controls industry, with at least 3 years of proven sales performance is required. Must have solid organization skills, strong demonstration and presentation capabilities, and demonstrate effective sales skills.
Must have a solid knowledge of HVAC systems and related solutions for control of the indoor environment, energy consumption, indoor air quality, etc. Candidate must be willing to stay current with new technologies.
This position must able to manage an extensive pipeline, with a strong close ratio. Must be self-directed, goals oriented, and competitive.

Technical Support Specialist - NH
OVERALL OBJECTIVE: Responsible for receiving and reacting to support calls from the customers of the TRACTree software division. Assist with the training for and implementation of the various software products of the software division. Other items as needed.

Project Manager
OVERALL OBJECTIVE: Responsible for design review of HVAC Control systems that utilize LonWork protocol and comply with the New York City School Construction Authority minimum design standards. The review will include direct digital controls by TAC- Xenta and/or IA series products, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Distech, Circon, Siemens. The position will also attend scheduled meetings with the NYCSCA Project Officer to keep the Project Officer informed of the Temperature Control Contractor progress. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Act as the primary contact for all job related issues, Engineering & Project Management, through the warranty period specific to the Wonderware solution provided by CTI. Work in conjunction with the Architect and Engineer of Record to validate the Temperature Control Contractors compliance with the NYCSCA minimum specifications. Read and understand technical specifications and drawings for use in designing direct digital, pneumatic controls, mechanical equipment and electric control systems. Overall HVAC system knowledge to review TCC Submittal Package that will provide the customer with a successful system to control their respective school building within the plans and specifications. Perform routine field inspections on a bi-weekly frequency. Field inspections will include but are not limited to low voltage wire methods, mechanical equipment installation, controller location, sensor and actuator location and Lon buss topology. Project Manager is assigned to a project to implement a successful project based on approved submittals. This position will recognize possible HVAC controls change order conditions and issues in the field and help the change order unit negotiate the labor and materials with the contractors. Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND/OR EXPERIENCE: ● A qualified candidate will have a Bachelor of Science degree, or a related Engineering Field, preferably Mechanical or Electrical fields.
